• We aim for high-quality work but aren’t liable for indirect or unforeseen damages.

• Our total liability is capped at the total project fee paid.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep each other’s proprietary information confidential except where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you provide.

• We retain ownership of proprietary tools and methods, licensed to you once paid.

8. Termination

Either side may terminate services with notice. Fees are owed for work performed up to termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the UAE (or your jurisdiction) and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
